摘要
以进口某型航空活塞发动机曲轴配重为对象,对其曲轴配重修理进行研究。采用反求方法,获取了所需的技术参数,为修理研究奠定了基础。根据曲轴配重修理的特点,制定了修理工艺流程,并对修理研究中的技术难点进行了剖析。配重的实际使用情况证明,该修理研究获得了成功,取得了显著的效益。
The counterweight of an aerial piston engine made in American is object of repair technology research in this paper. Using reverse method to get technical parameter because the technical parameter could not be obtained from manufacturer, it has established foundation to repair research. Based on the technical characteristic of counterweight repair, the flow diagram of repair technology is established, the difficuhy of repair research is analysed. The feedback confirmed that the repair research is successful, have gotten notable benefit.
