摘要
双头车是加工管状零件的一种专门机械设备,文中阐述了双头车车床机电液联合控制系统的设计方法。该系统有7个控制点、23个控制参数。其中送料、夹紧、松开及卸料采用液压控制,机床两端切削机构由PLC发出控制信号驱动步进电机实现刀具的纵横向移动,液压控制中采用了顺序回路、同步回路;电气和液压两部分采用PLC联合控制。为了系统方便维护和调试,整个机床采用了点动和自动控制两部分,采用时间和位移作为控制参数。
Double-head vehicle lathes are a kind of special mechanical equipment which is used to process tubular parts. The paper describes the design method of the machine-electricity-fluid control system. This system has seven control points and twenty three controlled variables. The feeding, clamping, loosening are controlled by hydraulic' system. PLC sends out control signal to drive step-by-step electrical machinery, which can make cutting tools move vertically and horizontally. In the hydraulic control system, the smooth return route and the synchronized return route have been used. All the relative parameters have been calculated strictly, and several plans have been compared. The electrical cnntrol system and the hydraulic system are controlled by PLC. Two control methods have been designed, namely hand control and automatic control, in the entire engine. Time and displacement are the control parameters.
