摘要
重力式气液分离器常作为高密高粘钻井液除气系统的第一级分离设备,其处理能力应具有比较宽的适应范围。通过两种极端工况分析,确定气室压力是决定分离器液封高度和气液混合物的进口高度的重要参数之一,通过井口压力与井底压力关系,建立简单实用的环空返回钻井液的压力预测分析计算流程确定井口压力,从而可对液封高度进行较精确的工程计算,对此类分离器设计开发、现场应用时的选型都具有重要意义。
As a prevalent first-stage separation equipment for drilling fluid with high density and high viscosity, the gravity separator's handling capacity should be quite broad scope. 11 considered two extreme conditions to determine the height of liquid seal and gas-liquid mixture inlet,and find the pressure in the air ehamher was one of important relating parameters. The calculation process of borehole pressure distribution pattern was estahlished in brief though relations of the ground pressure and the bottom-hole pressure,so the high dimension of liquid seal could be calculated.
