类固醇糖尿病胰腺多肽叶和非多肽叶重量的形态计量测定

The Morphometric Measurement of the Weights of the Pancreatic Polypeptide lobe and non polypeptide lobe of Steroid Diabetis Mellitus

用形态计量技术测定１１例类固醇糖尿病（Ｓ、ＤＭ）剖检标本胰腺多肽叶和非多肽叶的重量，并与９例胰岛素非依赖性糖尿病（ＮＩＤＤＭ）及６例非糖尿病胰腺进行对照。结果表明：和非糖尿病胰腺相比，Ｓ、ＤＭ与ＮＩＤＤＭ具有相似的重量改变，即胰腺非多肽叶重量的相对减少，表现在多肽叶和非多肽叶的重量比值明显增加（Ｐ＜０．０５）。Ｓ、ＤＭ和ＮＩＤＤＭ还具有相似的形态学改变，如胰岛的玻璃样变性等，但Ｓ、ＤＭ的改变比ＮＩＤＤＭ要轻。

The weights of the pancreatic polypeptide lobe (PP lobe) and non polypeptide lobe (non PP lobe) of autopsied specimens were measured by morphometry in 11 cases of steroid diabetis mellitus (SDM), and in 9 cases of non insulin dependent diabetis mellitus (NIDDM) and 6 cases of non diabetis mellitus. The results showed that SDM and NIDDM had similar weight changes, i.e., the weight of non PP lobe decreased and the ratio on the weights of PP lobe and non PP lobe significantly increased in both SDM and NIDDM compaired with those of non diabetis mellitus pancreas. SDM and NIDDM also had similar morphological changes, such as hyaline degeneration of islet and fibrosis but SDM had slighter changes than NIDDM did.
