摘要 海外学习(Study Abroad)是培养能在经济全球化及相互依存的世界环境中,具有国际知识、跨文化交流技能以及全球视野人才的重要途径之一。本文将通过对美国高校十余年来开展海外学习的变化和特点的分析,说明海外学习对培养国际视野人才的重要性,为我国高校进行国际交流与合作、培养国际化的新型人才提供有益的参考和借鉴。 Study-abroad is a key approach to cultivate students with international knowledge, intercultural communications skills, and global perspectives in a global economy and interconnected world. This paper will present the changes and characteristics of study-abroad programs in the universities of United State in the past decades, in order to show the importance of study-abroad in cultivating students with global perspectives and, moreover, to provide beneficial reference for Chinese higher education institutions in conducting international exchanges and cooperation and cultivating new types of internationalized students.
