摘要
基于磁场定向控制的火炮随动全数字交流伺服系统,通过永磁同步电动机定子三相电流中的励磁分量和转矩分量解耦,将交流电机等效为直流电机进行控制。系统硬件采用交直交电压型变频电路,主电路由整流电路、滤波电路及智能功率模块IPM逆变电路构成。系统控制以DSP芯片TMS320F2812为核心,构成全数字矢量控制系统。系统软件由控制主程序和PWM中断服务子程序组成:主程序完成DSP的初始化、参数设定、过压、过流保护等功能;PWM中断服务子程序完成电流采样,转速计算,矢量变换和PWM输出等功能。
Based on magnet field orienting control, the total digital AC artillery servo system transform the AC motor to the DC motor to control, with the help of excitation and torque heft decoupling, both the two hefts are from the three phases current coursed by PMSM stator. The hardware of the system adopts AC-DC-AC voltage frequency conversion circuit; the major circuit is composed of rectifying circuit, filtering circuit and intelligent power module circuit. The control of this system applies the central digital signal processing device TMS320F2812 to construct total digital vector control system. The software consists of major program and PWM interrupting service program. Initiation of DSP, parameter setting, over voltage and over current protection are finished in the major program; current sample, rotating speed calculating, vector conversion and PWM output are finished in the interruption serving program.
