摘要
基于超导体的约瑟夫森效应设计一种新型的磁通传感器,以高温超导量子干涉仪制作,再配合相应的输入线圈、滤波电路、振荡电路和辅助电路实现。其利用LC谐振电路把超导环和室温电路紧密耦合,同时采用杜瓦罐作为制冷装置,把超导磁通变换器接入系统中,以保证不影响磁通灵敏度前提下,提高磁场灵敏度。
