Data Gathering of Ammunition Automatic Assembling Line Based on winCC6.0

一种动态采集工艺参数的方法,通过winCC6.0提供的全局动作和全局脚本VBScript实现。其在winCC的全局动作中定义一个与PLC通讯的二进制变量作为接收数据的触发器。当该变量发生变化并被置位时,表示现场PLC控制系统完成一个节拍的运行并采集到各工序的数据后,要求winCC监控系统采集该数据。

The dynamic method for gathering technical parameter is realized by wincc6.0 general action and general script VBScript. In winCC general action, define one binary variable which communicated with PLC as the data receiving trigger. When the variable is changed and positioned, the local PLC control system realizes one cycle and gathers process data. Then, gather data according to winCC monitoring system.
