数值鉴定法在肠杆菌科、弧菌科细菌鉴定中的应用

摘要 采用法国生物梅里埃公司API20E数值编码为对照,应用国产微量生化培养基,组成革蓝氏阴性杆菌数值鉴定系统,对57株标准菌株和1576株临床分离细菌进行了对比鉴定,结果表明,肠杆菌科11个属,22个种,381株菌,属鉴定符合率为99.75%,种鉴定符合率为95.53%;弧菌科3个属,10个种1196株菌,属鉴定符合率为98.36%,种鉴定符合率为97.83%。认为应用国产生化培养基,引用法国生物梅里埃公司API20E数值编码手册,对肠杆菌菌科、弧菌科细菌进行鉴定,具有操作简便、鉴定准确、省时省力、价格便宜等优点。 We formed gram negative bacelia identification system with domestic minimal biochemical agar and API20E data code of BioMerieux cooperation of Franch as contrast to identify 57 standard species and 1576 clinical isolated species. The results were in 11 genera, 12 species and 381 strains of enterobacteriaceae, the genera identification respondent rate is 99.75%, the species identification respondent rate was 95.53%; in 3 genera, 10 species and 1196 strains of vibrionaceae, the genera identification respondent rate was 98.36%, the species identification respondent rate was 97.83%. We conclude that our system of domestic, biochemical medium and API20E data code is easy, clear, quick, convenient for the identification of enterobacteriaceae and vibrionaceae.
