新农村建设中人力资源状况研究——基于黄冈市118户农户的实证分析

Research on the Human Resources during the Constructions of the New Countryside—the Demonstration Analysis on the basis of 118 peasants in Huanggang

城乡差距和国家的政策使得农村劳动力大量转移,从黄冈市部分农户的实证调查证实了转移出的是相对优质的劳动力,而留守在农村进行新农村建设的劳动力却不能满足新农村建设的需要,这需要采取相应的政策和措施以提高农村中农业从业人员的素质。

The gap between the rural area and the city,also the policy of our country make many labor force transfer a lot.From the demonstration survey of some peasants,we know that the transferring labor force are relatively better,while the rest in countryside can not meet the need of the construction of our new countryside now.Therefore,we should take corresponding policy and measures to improve the quality of the workers and farmers in the countryside.
