摘要
为对老年人骨折的预防和治疗提供依据,对骨折老年人骨内微量元素进行了检测。使用质子激发X射线荧光分析技术(PIXE)测定青年组5例正常人和老年组7例股骨颈骨折患者股骨头松质骨中常量及其微量元素的含量。结果表明:在青年组中元素P、Ca、Fe、Cu、Sr的含量明显高于老年组,统计检验表明,差异有显著性(P<0.05~0.01),而元素S、K、Mn、Zn在两组间无显著性差异。本文结果提示:适量补充老年人体内Ca。、P、Sr、Cu等元素对治疗骨质疏松症具有意义,测定老年人无机元素的变化对老年性骨质疏松症的治疗改进、疗效评定以及股骨颈骨折预测等都有重要的临床价值。
The relationship between fracture and trace element contents in senile people is investigeted. The studyalso provides scientific basis for the prevention and therapy of the fracture. Proton induced X-ray Emission (PIXE)method is used for the determination of elemental concentrations in cancellous bone of human femoral head from five autopsies and seven patients with femoral neck broken. Using T test, the results show that the concentrations of P, Ca,Fe, Cu, Sr in youth group is higher than those in old people group, but the concentrations of S,K,Zn,Mn are not remarkably different. The suitable supplement of trace elements such as Ca.P.Sr.Cu is meaningful in the therapy osteoporosis. The trace element determination in senile people is useful to evaluate the curative effect and forcast the fracture.
