Reproducibility of peak expiratory flow measurements

摘要 对5790名健康者进行用力肺活量测定,观察健康人群最大呼气流量(PEF)的重复性。结果表明当FVC和FEV1重复性的95%位数在5以内时,相应的PEF重复性95%位数男性高达34.29,女性30.23。若以平均变异系数(C.V)来考核重复性,FVC的C.V值男性1.61±0.65,女性1.53±0.64;FEV1的C.V为1.51±0.69和1.47±0.69,而相应的FFF的C.V达7.78±7.22和7.29±6.13。提示PEF的重复性较FVC和FEV1明显较差,建议应用PEF值来考核气道阻塞性变化时宜结合临床综合评判。 Forced expiratory vital capacity was measured in 5 790 normal subjects for observing reproducibility PEF.The results showed that the 95th percentile of FVC and FEV1 was under 5, while the 95th percentile of reproducibility of corresponding PEF was 34. 29 in male and 30. 23 in female. If reproducibility was estimated by mean coefficent of variation (C.V), C.V of FVC was 1. 61±0. 65 in male and 1. 53±0. 64 in female. C. V of FEV1 was 1. 51±0. 69 and 1. 47± 0. 69, while C.V of PEF was 7. 78±7. 22 and 7. 29±6. 13. It suggested that reproducibility of PEF was more unreliability than that of FVC and FEVI.
