腿部肿瘤介入热化疗的对比实验研究

摘要 采用阻断肿瘤供血动脉伴水浴加热等方法,以减少由于血流因素而引起的热量损失,并和其它单纯的化疗或热疗进行比较,看其抑瘤效果是否更明显。35只大鼠腿部均种植有相同大小的Walker-256瘤,随机分5组进行治疗实验;采用结扎和微球栓塞两种方法阻断肿瘤供血动脉,热疗使用恒温(44℃)水浴箱浸浴患腿肿瘤局部。结果表明:结扎肿瘤供血动脉合并局部加温对肿瘤生长抑制效果最好,栓塞能达到近似的治疗效果,两种方法的疗效与其它组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结扎组对肿瘤附近正常肌肉组织造成损害,栓塞组未见有损害。阻断动脉一方面减少了肿瘤的血供,一方面由于有利于肿瘤内部温度升高而提高了热疗效果。栓塞避免了结扎造成的永久性闭塞而造成的正常组织损害,是合适选用的治疗方法。 In this experiment, tumor's feeding artery is obstructed and bathed in heated water so as to reduce the calorie loss due to blood flow,intended to compare with pure chemotherapy and heating treatment. Tumor Walker- 256,identical in size,was planted respectively into thighs of 35 rats classified randomcy into 5 groups. Later,arteries feeding tumors were obstructed by means of ligation or microphere embolization ;while the thighs bearing tumors were bathed in the water tank at 44 C. As a result,ligation combined with heating proves to be the most effective way,and embolization had a similar effectiveness. The above two methods, by contrast,have a significance of statistice (P<0. 05 ). On one hand,obstruction of artery reduces tumor's blood supply;on the other hand,rising of tumor's temperature enhances the heating treatments. But ligation caused (lamages to normal muscles near tumors. Therefore,embolization,which avoides damages to normal muscles,is the most suitable therapy.
