因地制宜的生态农宅——山东临沂沂自庄生态农宅研究

Ecotypic Farmhouse Adjusting Measures to Local Conditions——Study of Farmhouse in Yizi Village of Linyi,Shandong

粗放型的村庄建设占用了大量土地资源,甚至导致村民的住房条件和人居环境的恶化。本着节能省地的原则,村镇规划管理者和建筑设计师应当为村民创造舒适的生活空间。该文以山东临沂沂自庄的生态农宅为例,因地制宜地选用了一系列生态技术措施,对其他北方寒冷地区住宅的生态设计有一定参考价值。

Extensive farmhouses construction contains over many land resource ever, also deteriorates the farmers＇ living condition and their habitat environment. Based on the economizing, the governor and the designer should create more comfortable living conditions for the farmers. Taking the ecological farmhouse in Linyi, Shandong as an example, adjusting measures to local conditions, this paper chooses a series of ecological technology for the farmhouse, and proposes some reference value for ecological design of the other northern cold residential areas.
