基于老年人心理行为需求的老年公寓设计探索——以普陀颐乐山庄一期为例

Study on the Design of the Elderly Apartment House Based on the Psychological and Behavioral Needs of the Elder——Taking Putuo Happiness Mountain Villa as an Example

当前,老年公寓的环境因素、配套服务、建筑功能、无障碍设计等方面的需求都已不难实现,而缺失的恰恰是老年人最为渴求的符合老年人心理行为模式的精神层面的考虑,该文把目光投向直接影响老年公寓设计和经营的老年人心理行为因素,本着人性化的指导思想,通过对总体规划、建筑形态、空间层次等方面的设计研究,结合实际工程对适合老年人身心健康的居住模式建构进行了尝试和探索。

Currently, it is no difficult to meet with the need of the elder, such as environmental factors, adequate and systematic service, architectural functions and barrier-free design and so on. But, it is just lack of consideration about the psychic layer of pattern which is the thirsty need of the elder. Focusing on the psychologybehavior elements of elder impacting directly the design and management of elder department, according to the guiding ideology of personalization, this article studies the design of the genaral plan,architectural form, spatial levels and so on, and tries toexplore the structure of residential mode suitable for elder＇ s physical and mental health with the practical projects.
