南宁旧民居考察研究

Investigation and Study of Old House in Nanning

通过对解放前南宁市郊和旧城区四处清代和民国时期的旧民居的研究和比较,发现它们所具有的一些共同之处:结构简单,通风、遮阳效果好,装饰朴素等特点。这些建筑特别适合于地处亚热带、盆地和滨江的外部环境特点,与广西其他少数民族住宅有相似之处。这些特点可以为乡土住宅(无空调)设计提供某种借鉴。

Through studying and comparing old houses of Qing Dynasty and People Nation Era in four areas in Nanning suburban district and old city district, we find their some same features, such as simple structure, good ventilation, preventing over sun, homely decoration and so on. They are specially fit for their surroundings feature as sub-tropic, pan, and riverfront. They have something resemble with the houses of minority in Guangxi municipality. These characteristics can be used for reference to the building in county without air-condition.
