文章通过对登坤艳先生设计的“上海滨江创意产业园”的设计理念的介绍，从适应性再利用，设计语汇及可持续设计等角度对创意产业园及旧工厂改造进行探讨。
The author introduces the Shanghai Binjiang Creative industry District, which is founded by Deng Kunyan, and analyzes the design methods,adaptive reuse and sustainable design of old factories and creative industries districts.
