加强管理减少工程结算经济纠纷

To Reinforce the Management and Reduce Settlement of Economic Disputes of the Project

笔者从项目管理的角度，提出重点加强四方面的管理，在过程中分析可能导致经济纠纷的诱因，加强管理，设法消除或减少诱因，尽量避免工程结算纠纷。
