摘要
笔者从项目管理的角度,提出重点加强四方面的管理,在过程中分析可能导致经济纠纷的诱因,加强管理,设法消除或减少诱因,尽量避免工程结算纠纷。
From the angle of the project management, the author analyzes the elements that possibly lead to cause of economic disputes and strengthening the management to eliminate or reduce incentives and to avoid the project dispute settlement
