摘要
本文结合上海中宜大厦改造项目实例,针对国内城市存在大量"废置建筑"的现象,提出通过改造使其重新焕发生机的思路。
This paper, with the example of Shanghai Zhongyi Buildings, discussed the phenomenon of the abandoned buildings, which abundantly exist in Chinese cities, and proposed a way to reconstruct their image through renovation.
