Underground Space Development for Compact Land Use——A Case Study of Jinan's Underground Space Planning

城市地下空间开发是集约利用土地的重要手段之一,对于提升城市空间容量、解决城市问题具有很大的现实意义。但因城市地下空间所具有的特殊性,在开发中也要注意避免盲目性,应遵循一定的原则,兼顾城市经济、社会、文化等各方面的需求,兼顾城市近、远期的发展要求,统筹规划安排。济南地下空间规划从整体思路、总体布局、横向重点区域、竖向层次结构等方面进行了探讨。

As an important measure of compact land use, underground space development is significant to improving a city＇s capacity and solving urban problems. Due to the its uniqueness, underground space development shall conform to rules and take into consideration urban economy, society, culture, as well as immediate and long term coordination. Jinan underground space planning makes a study on overall layout, important district, vertical structure, etc. and puts forward suggestions.
