摘要
东北地区存在公共设施服务水平低、基础设施结构性矛盾突出、区域设施建设整体水平低等问题,严重阻碍了城市化水平的整体提高。应通过构建"三纵三横"对外大通道、协调"门户"设施功能、完善基础设施建设等措施优化区域空间格局、强化城市空间功能,实现区域的整体联动发展。
