Superficially Discuss the Long-term Mechanism in Coal Mine Production Safety

"管理、装备、培训并重"的原则为我国安全生产工作指明了方向。煤矿安全生产的长效机制应从健全责任制约机制,完善教育培训机制,加强安全装备保障机制,创建危害识别与风险评价控制机制,强化安全质量标准化机制,改进救援体系保障机制等6个方面入手。

The principle of ＂paying equal attention to management, equipment, and training＂ makes the fight direction for our chinese production safety. The long-term mechanism of coal mine production safety should be started from six aspects, including perfecting responsibility and restraint mechanisms, improving education and training mechanisms, strengthening security equipment protection mechanism, creating hazard identification and risk evaluation control mechanisms, enforcing,the safety and quality standardization mechanisms, and improving rescue security system mechanisms.
