继电保护及故障信息管理系统在变电所发生严重故障或复杂故障时,通过对继电保护、安全自动装置、故障录波装置的运行管理及动作行为分析,及时反映出故障情况,使调度值班人员能安全、迅速采取措施减少事故损失。
When serious or complicated fault occurs in substation, the relay protection and fault information managing system can frequently reflect fault situation through analyzing the operating management and behavior of relay protection,safe automation devices and fault recorder devices, in order to make dispatching duty personnel rapidly take action,and reduces fault loss.
