中药肠宁Ⅱβ-环糊精包合物的制备及药效学研究

Study on the Preparation and Quality of Chinese Traditional Medicine CNⅡ β-cyclodextin Inclusion Complex

研究中药肠宁Ⅱ(CNⅡ)β-环糊精(β-CD)包合物的制备工艺及其药效研究。选用饱和水溶液法制备包合物,采用正交实验对包合物的制备条件进行优化。采用显微镜观察法,薄层色谱法,药效学实验对包合物进行了验证。制备中药肠宁Ⅱβ-环糊精包合物的最佳条件是中药CNⅡ与β-CD投料质量比为1:3,反应温度为50℃,搅拌速度为1500r/min,包合率为35.56(。该法包合效果较好,掩盖了药物的苦味,改善了药物的稳定性,且其药效没有发生改变。

Study on the preparation and pharmic effect of Chinese traditional medicine CN Ⅱ β-cyclodextin inclusion complex. The inclusion complex were prepared by the saturated solution with orthogonal design. The inclusion complex was validated by the way of microscope observing , TLC and the experiments of pharmie effect. The optimal conditions to prepare Chinese traditional medicine CN Ⅱ inclusion complex were as follows： the mass ratio between CN Ⅱ and β-CD was 1 ： 3, the temperature was 50℃, the reaction time was 3 h, the stirring speed was 1500 r/min, the containing rate of the inclusion complex was 30.56%. This preparing condition is reliable, stable and feasible. It not only conceals smell of the medicine but also improves the stability of the medicine.
