摘要
增强改革改制中企业职工的心理承受能力,关系到大局的稳定、改革的顺利推行,具有十分重要的现实意义,要通过教育保稳定,描绘蓝图添动力,把准脉搏解心结等多种途径做好当前的思想政治工作,并充分发挥领导、骨干、宣传工作者这三种人的作用,切实增强职工改革改制中的心理承受力。
Strengthening reorganized staff's psychological endurance is significant of stabilizing the general situation and promoting the reform smoothly. The author advocates doing the current mental and political work well through education, blueprint description, finding out the problem, and so on. Also he suggests bringing the role of leaders, backbone and propagandists into full play, thus really strengthening the staff's psychological endurance in the course of reform and reorganization.
