开环控制时乙醇的体积分数对汽油—乙醇混合燃料发动机性能的影响

摘要 以普通直列四缸发动机为基础,设计了发动机台架试验的控制系统。通过试验分析了乙醇与汽油按不同比例混合时对汽油发动机动力性、经济性和排放性能的影响。结果表明,在保持汽油机参数不变的前提下,随着乙醇的体积分数的增大,汽油机的动力性提高,燃油消耗量增加,CO和NOx的排放量降低,但乙醇的体积分数大于40%时HC的排放量增加明显。 Based an ordinary in-line four-cylinder engine, the engine test control system of open-loop control strategy has been designed. This system has studied the influences of different ratio fuel mixture of ethanol and gasoline on engine power, economy and discharge. The test shows when the gasoline engine parameters remain unchanged, the higher volume grade of alcohol, the stronger the engine power will have; the larger fuel consumption, the lower gasoline engine NOx and CO will discharge. But HC discharge will increase significantly when volume grade of alcohol is more than 40%.
