双频合成振动压实方法的探析

摘要 依据双频合成振动压实的基本原理,进行了双频合成振动压实的实验分析,认为双频振动压实机设计的主要参数是两频率比、两振幅比、两频率相位差及激振器初始安装角。研究证明,与传统的单频振动压实方法相比,该方法的主要特点是压实度和压实效率较高。 Based on the principle of double-frequency composed by vibrating compaction, the experimental analysis of double-frequency composed by vibrating compaction is done, the main design parameters of double frequency composed by vibrating compactor are the ratio of the two frequencies, the ratio of the two amplitudes, and the initial phase difference of the two frequencies, the initial phase difference of the vibration exciter. The research proves that compared with the traditional single frequency vibrating compaction method, the method has the main characteristics of higher compaction degree and higher compaction efficiency.
