摘要
利用溶胶—凝胶法制备了A l2O3溶胶,并在不锈钢、高碳钢、低碳钢等几种钢基材上进行涂敷,然后将其在1 100℃高温下热处理腐蚀,通过表面结构的表征比较其抗氧化腐蚀性,并对有关问题进行了分析讨论。实验表明A l2O3溶胶涂层对钢板具有良好的保护作用,可有效防止钢板在高温下的氧化腐蚀。
The Al2O3 sol is prepared by using sol-gel method. The Al2O3 coating is developed on stainless steel, high-carbon steel, and soft steel base plate. The steel plates coated with nanometer Al2O3 film is tested by heat treatment under 1 100℃. The characteristic of the materials is done to determine high-temperature oxidizing resistance. The relevant problems are discussed and analyzed. The study improves that nanometer Al2O3 coating has excellent protective function for steel materials and can prevent them from oxidation and erosion under high temperature.
