摘要 针对光伏电池研究了基于物理机制的数学模型,分析了串联电阻和并联电阻对光伏电池特性的影响。利用光伏电池特性数学表达式,提出了基于PSIM软件的仿真模型,给出了光照强度和温度变化时光伏电池特性曲线。仿真结果与实验测试数据的对比结果表明,仿真模型正确且可行,可以应用到光伏发电系统中实现动态仿真。 In this paper, math model is studied based on physics theory of PV cell, and the influence of series resistor Rs and parallel resistor Rsh on PV cell characteristic is analyzed. By using PV cell characteristic math expression, simulation model is proposed based on PSIM, and then PV cell characteristic curves are presented with light intensity and temperature change. By the contrast of the simulation results with experiment date results, it is validated that simulation model is right and feasible, and that it can be used in PV system to realize the dynamic simulation.
