摘要 目的:颅骨的测量是人体其他器官测量的基础,对研究人体器官的特征、类型、变异,规律等有重要的理论意义和实用价。方法:本文介绍了我们在对颅骨进行测量时所采用的几种方法,详细阐述了每种方法的试验原理和测量技术手段,并对几种测量方法进行了比较,指出了MATLAB在颅骨以及其他骨骼和器官的测量中应用的意义和可行性。结果:作者采用建模的方法对颅骨进行了分析同时在医学影像科研活动中引入了MATLAB仿真器官3D成像方法。结论:在传统的颅骨测量方法的基础之上提供了一套快速、便捷、准确的人体器官空间参量的科学采集手段和MATLAB三维成像技术。 Objective: The measurement of skull is the base of measuring other organ of human body. It will have a very important significance and practical value to study characteristic, type, variation, regular pattern of the human body organ. Methods: Several skull measurement methods were introduced and elaborated in detail from experimental principle to the experimental technology method. Those several measuring techniques were also compared and pointed out that there is a significance meaning in the skull and organ MATLAB survey and application feasibility of them.Results: The author use modeling method analyzed human skull and introduced a human organ 3D image formation method in MATLAB medical imaging scientific research activity.Conclusions: This research provided a fast, convenient, accurate human organs space parameter science gathering method base on the traditional skull measuring technique.
