电力电子装置故障具有种类多、数量大和位置分布广的特点,需要进行在线诊断和维护。基于混合知识表达的在线维护专家系统,对整流装置运行状态进行监测和分析,对其各个设备、各环节进行维护和简单故障诊断。该系统用于某食盐水的电解大型整流电源上,获得良好的应用效果。

With great variety, large quantity and extensive distribution, power electronic equipment faults need to have on-line fault diagnosis and maintenance. Based on blending knowledge expression mode, online maintenance expert system carries on maintenance and diagnosis for devices and processes through monitoring and analyzing to converters in running status. The system is applied in large rectifiers power supply for salt water electrolysis, and the application results are satisfactory.
