摘要
降低变频器的共模电压消除及其产生的共模干扰,在高压大功率应用场合具有重要意义。常规的特定谐波消除脉宽调制(SHEPWM)不能消除变频器输出相电压中共模分量。应用SHEPWM方法控制三电平中点箝位式变频器,分别采用消除三倍频谐波和不消除3倍频谐波两种方式,对比了这两种方法对消除共模电压的作用。PSIM仿真结果和实验结果都表明,采用消除三倍频谐波的SHEPWM的方式,可成功消除低频的共模电压,证明了该方式对消除低频共模电压的有效性。
It is of vital importance to reduce or eliminate common mode (CM) voltage and the resulting CM interference in power converters, especially at high voltage with large capacity. The conventional Selected Harmonics Elimination PWM (SHEPWM) technique falls to reduce the CM component of the inverter output voltage. This paper utilized an improved SHEPWM method to eliminate tripling frequency harmonics of the inverter phase voltage. Comparison is given between eliminating tripling frequency harmonics (ETFH) and not eliminating tripling frequency harmonics (NETFH) SHEPWM. Both simulation and experimental results Show that ETFH SHEPWM can eliminate CM voltage of 3-level neutral point clamped (3L NPC) power inverter effectively.
