摘要 目的探讨脑外伤后早期脑组织GR及其mRNA表达变化的时相特点。评价脑外伤治疗过程中应用GC的合理性。方法采用Feeney'S脑损伤模型,致伤方式制作大鼠局灶性脑损伤模型,应用免疫组化和RT—PCR观察外伤后早期不同时段GR及其mRNA在脑组织中表达情况。结果与对照组相比外伤后GR及其mRNA在脑组织表达均明显降低(P〈0.05)。结论脑外伤后早期脑组织GR呈低表达,本研究结果不支持在脑外伤治疗过程中使用激素。 Objective To study the time characteristics of GR and its mRNA expression after traumatic brain injury and to assess the rationality of glucocorticoid therapy in TBI On receptor. Methods Local brain injury was induced in mouse to establish Feeney's brain injury model and expressions of GR and GB mRNA in injured brains were detected using immunohischemistry and RT-PCR respe analyze GR and its mRNA expression at different time points in early stage after traumatic brain injury. Results As compared with the control group,there appeared a significant decrease in GR and its mRNA expression in brain tissues after injury(P〈0.05). Conclusion GRmRNA decreased expressed in early time after traumatic brain injury, our finding unable to support glucocorticoid therapy in TBI.
