补水宁神汤治疗神光自现症的临床观察

Clinical effect of Bushui Ningshen Tang(补水宁神汤)for Shenguangzixian(神光自现)disease

目的观察补水宁神汤对神光自现症的疗效。方法应用《审视瑶函》中治疗神光自现症的方剂—补水宁神汤,对神光自现症患者29例(30眼)进行治疗并观察疗效。结果对视网膜脱离前征候群11例(11眼)均无效;玻璃体后脱离所致的14例(15眼):好转4例(4眼),无效10例(11眼);玻璃体混浊并视网膜有变性区者4例(4眼):有效3例(3眼),无效1例(1眼)。结论补水宁神汤有减轻和改善玻璃体后脱离、玻璃体混浊和视网膜有变性区部分患者的神光自现症状。疗效可能与方剂中具有安神镇静和改善微循环作用的药物有关。

OBJECTIVE To assess the clinical effect of Bushui Ningshen Tang（补水宁神汤）for Shenguangzixian（神光自现）Disease.METHODS Twenty nine cases（30 eyes）with Shenguangzixian disease had been treated with Bushui Ningshen Tang,a prescription in Shenshiyaohan（审视瑶函）,a precious work on ophthalmology which appeared in 1644.The clinical effect was recorded and analysed.RESULTS The clinical effect showed ineffective in all the 11 cases（11 eyes）with pre-retinal detachment syndrome,and 4 cases（4 eyes）improved while 10 cases（11 eyes）ineffective in the14cases（15eyes）with posterior vitreous detachment,3 cases（3 eyes）improved while 1 case（1 eye）ineffective in the 4 cases（4 eyes）with retinal degeneration.CONCLUSIONS For patients with Shenguangzixian disease,Bushui Ningshen Tang was ineffective in cases with pre-retinal detachment syndrome,while effective in some of the cases with posterior vitreous detachment or retinal degeneration.The medicine in Bushui Ningshen Tang may help to ameliorate the microcirculation and calm the nerves,and the treatment mechanism need a further study.
