摘要
采用Fenton氧化—SBR工艺处理化工废水。分别考察了Fe^2+投加量、H2O2投加量、PAM投加量对Fenton氧化效果的影响,结果表明:在水样初始pH为4,终了pH为6,搅拌时间为1h,静置时间为5h,H2O2投加量为0.5mL,Fe^2+投加入量为6mL,PAM投加量为5.5mL时,COD去除率达到75%-80%。Fenton氧化出水经SBR工艺处理后COD可控制在800 mg/L左右,达到三级排放标准,可直接进入二级污水处理厂,曝气时间可选择4小时左右。
This paper reveals what happens when Fenton reagent oxidation SBR was used in Chemical industry wastewater treatment. The result of Fenton reagent oxidation shows that when initial pH was 4, terminal pH was 6, blending time was one hour, duration was 5 hours, in addition to 0.5mL H2O2, 6mL Fe^2+, 5.5mL PAM, COD removal rate could 75% - 80%. After SBR treatment, the COD was about 800 mg/L, which means it meets requirements of third level of national wastewater treatment and could be allowed to be discharged into the second level wastewater disposal plant. Aeration time could be controlled under approximately 4 hours.
