采用柱切换高效液相色谱法测定五加皮酒中橙皮甙及齐墩果酸的含量，该方法样品处理简单，测定迅速、准确度好、精密度高，适用于中药制剂中微量成分及复杂制剂中有效成分分析。

The CSHPLE was developed for determination of hesperidin and oleanolic acid in Wujiapi Wine. This method has the advantages of simple sample management, rapid determination, good accurate and high precision, and avilable for analysis of microcompoments in Chimese materia medica preparation and active compoments in compound preparation.
