染料木素对神经母细胞瘤细胞增殖的抑制作用

The effect of Genistein on the proliferation of neuroblastoma cells

目的:探讨染料木素对儿童神经母细胞瘤有无潜在的治疗价值。方法:应用细胞生长抑制效应和四甲基偶氮唑蓝法(MTT)于体外观察染料木素对神经母细胞瘤细胞株SH-SY5Y增殖的影响。结果:10.0～60.0μg/m l的染料木素明显抑制细胞的增殖。结论:染料木素可能成为治疗神经母细胞瘤的有效药物。

Objective：To probe into the potential therapeutic effect of Genistein on neuroblastoma. Methods：The effect of Genistein on the proliferation of neuroblastoma cell line SH-SYSY was studied with MTr and mitotic index experiment methods in vitro. Results： 10.0 - 60.0μg/ml of Genistein could significantly inhibite proliferation of SH-SYSY cell. Conclusion： These results suggested that Genistein may be an effective drug for neuroblastoma.
