^(14)C尿素呼气试验与快速尿素酶试验检测幽门螺旋杆菌感染对照性研究

Study on the detecting pylorus helix bacillus infection by carbon 14(^(14)C) urea exhalation and rapid urea enzyme comparative experiments

目的:通过比较幽门螺旋杆菌感染的两种检测方法,探讨14C尿素呼气试验在诊断幽门螺旋杆菌感染中的价值。方法:对126例胃病患者,先行胃镜检查,行快速尿素酶试验检测HP感染,作为标准对照,同时进行14C尿素呼气试验。并将两种方法所得的阳性率、敏感性、特异性、正确性比较。结果:快速尿素酶试验阳性率、敏感性、特异性、正确性分别是62.7%、82.2%、90.5%、91.2%,14C尿素呼气试验阳性率、敏感性、特异性、正确性分别是70.6%、94.4%、96.5%、94.4%,两种检测方法无显著性差异。结论:快速尿素酶试验与14C尿素呼气试验检测幽门螺旋杆菌感染差异小,但14C尿素呼气试验操作简单,患者容易接受,是一种较理想的非侵入性诊断幽门螺旋杆菌的方法。

The authors have discussed the value of carbon 14 （^14C） urea exhalation experiment in the case of diagnosing pylorus helix bacillus by comparing two detecting methods of the infection of pylorus helix bacillus. We chose 126 cases of tummy bug sufferers and carried out gastroscope examinations, and rapid urea enzyme examination to detect the infection of HP. As a comparative experiment, we also did ^14C urea exhalation experiments. The results show that there are no obvious differences between the two detection methods, that is, the masculine ratio, sensitivity, specialty, validity from rapid urea enzyme are 62.7%, 82.2%, 90.5%, and 91. 2% respectively, Those from 14C urea exhalation experiments are 70.6%, 94.4% , 96.5% and 94.4%, respectively. ^14C exhalation examination is a perfect one due to its simple operation and it is easily accepted by the sufferers.
