人眼调节机制的生物力学研究

Biomechanics study on human eye accommodation mechanism

从生物力学角度进行人眼调节机制的研究具有重要意义。目前,人眼调节机制有Helmholtz调节理论和Schachar调节理论,其力学解释存在着一些差异。作者对人眼在调节过程中有关晶体的改变、角膜的影响,以及年龄和老花眼有关调节的生物力学研究进行综述介绍。随着研究的进展,人眼调节机制的生物力学模型,将为调节理论、临床老花眼手术的确定奠定基础。

Human eye accommodation is very important to be regarded as biomechanics problem. At present, there are two theories about eye accommodation called Helmholtz theory and Schachar theory with some difference for their explanation of accommodation biomechanics. This paper try to summarize the analysis of the crystalline lens change; the effect of the cornea; the biomechanical effects of age and presbyopia during the process of eye accommodation. The biomechanics model of human eye accommodation was established with the development of eye accommodation research, which would be good foundation for the theory of accommodation and presbyopia operation.
