山茱萸与其伪品泰山萸肉的光谱鉴别

Determination of β-sodium Aescigenin for Injection with 2nd Derivative Spectrometry

测定和比较了山茱萸与其伪品泰山萸肉的石油醚、氯仿、甲醇提取物的零阶和二阶导数紫外吸收光谱。结果显示：二者的零阶和二阶导数光谱均有明显的差异，根据其光谱特征可以快速、准确地予以鉴别。

The authors determined directly the active component β--sodium aescigenin extracted from the ripe fruits of Chinese herb medicine: Aesculus Chinests Bge. by 2nd derivative spectrometry. In the range of 80--400μg/ml, the linear relationship was showed between comcentration and peak--range value. The average recovery was 98. 5% (RSD is 1. 96 % ).
