摘要
对1Cr13钢进行了不同时间(5,10,20,40min)的喷丸处理,研究了喷丸处理对1Cr13钢在800℃空气中的抗高温氧化性能。高温氧化实验及表面形貌观察分析发现,喷丸处理形成了一个晶粒细化层,降低了1Cr13钢发生选择氧化所需的临界含量,氧化增重显著降低,氧化膜剥落也有所改善。喷丸处理促进了1Cr13钢表面形成选择性的保护氧化膜,提高了1Cr13钢的抗高温氧化性能,喷丸处理10-20min的试样抗高温氧化性能最佳。
Shot peening was applied to 1Cr13 alloy for different periods of time(5 min, 10 min, 20 min and 40 min) and the effects of this treatment on the selective oxidation behaviour at 800 ℃ for 100 h have been studied. The experimental results and metallographic analysis show that shot peening forms a micro-crystalline coating on the surface of 1Cr13 alloy, which lowers the critical Cr content to form continuous selective oxide scales, and thus the mass gain of the oxide scales is slgnificantly decreased and the spallation of the oxide scales is also reduced. Shot peening promotes the formation of a protective and selective scales, thus improving the high-temperature oxidation resistance of the stainless steel greatly. The effect of shot peening for 10-20 min is the best.
