纳米SiO_2包覆改性凹土填充聚丙烯的研究

摘要 用纳米SiO2包覆凹凸棒石粘土(简称凹土)填充聚丙烯(PP),经表面处理的凹凸土粒子既具备微米粉体的结构和性质,又具有纳米微粒的优异特性。实验结果表明:填充试样的力学性能有所改善,并优于有机化表面处理的填充试样。经处理过的凹土在PP中的填充量也增加了,具有一定的经济价值。 PP was filled with attapulgite covered with nanometer SiO2. The treated attapulgite was provided with not only structure and quality of micron particle, but also outstanding characteristic of nanometer particulate. The result showed that mechanical properties of filled PP was enhanced, attapulgite covered with nanometer SiO2 was better than that treated by organic substance. The quantity of attapulgite treated by nanometer SiO2 was more than that mot treated in PP, which had economic value.
