玫瑰精油在食品及医药行业有着重要应用。介绍了近年来玫瑰精油分离提取的研究进展,并详细评述了它们分离提纯玫瑰精油方面的应用和特点,分析了未来精油提取工业中所必须解决的问题。
Rose essential oil extracted from rose is called as ＂liquid gold＂, and is widely used in medicine, health protection and beauty make. Every year in the world, more and more rose essential oil is demanded. The advances in extractions of rose essential oil developed recently were introduced, and the applications of these processes were analyzed in detail.
