摘要
从民间文学艺术的概念入手,分析了民间文学的特征,得出民间文学艺术主体和现代版权法的主体要求具有相容性的结论。认为民间文学艺术完全符合现代版权法保护对象的标准,完全可以在现行版权法的框架下得到保护。
The characteristics of folk art is analyzed with the conclusion that the subject of folk art is in accordance with the subject stipulated by modem copyright law. Therefore, folk art can be protected under the framework of the present copyright law.
