摘要
为解决虚拟样机工程中多学科产品模型的重用与互操作问题,提出了一种协同建模仿真框架及其相应的模型描述方法。在此基础之上,构建了一个原型系统,并对某列车的倾摆机构进行了多学科协同仿真验证分析。分析结果表明,分布式的多学科协同仿真分析,还原了实际产品的学科间的真实交互过程,保证了产品设计质量,提高了产品设计效率,为虚拟样机工程提供了一个新的构建途径。
A collaborative Modeling and Simulation (M&S) framework and its corresponding modeling approach were proposed to solve problems of reusability and interoperability of multi-disciplinary models in Virtual Prototype Engineering (VPE). Based on this framework, a prototype system was estbalished, and simulation analysis of the tilting component of a tilting locomotive was conducted. Result showed that distributed multi-disciplinary analysis guaranteed the fidelity to physical system, and the design quality was enhanced and the efficiency was improved. It also provided a new solution to VPE.
