摘要
软件平台的多样性严重制约车间信息集成,为此将Web服务引入到车间数字化制造设备,研究了一种能够支持协同制造和系统集成的数控系统,提出了它的概念和网络结构,划分了功能层次。明确了Web服务提供者和Web服务请求者,以及它们之间的关系,阐明了在.NET Framework支持下进行系统软件设计的方法和体系结构,对运动控制Web服务的实现进行了研究,解决了数控系统的跨平台和可重构问题,真正实现了集成制造和全球制造。
Workshop information integration was restricted by diversified software platforms. To deal with this problem, Web Service was introduced to digital manufacturing equipment in workshop. A new type of Computer Numerical Control (CNC) system to support collaborative manufacturing and system integration was proposed. Concepts and network structure were defined, and functional hierarchy was also classified. Web Services requester and provider were determined and their relationships were also revealed. Design method and system based on . NET Framework for CNC system were explained. Implementation of Web Service of motion control was also studied. It solved cross-domain and reconfiguration problems for CNC system and realized integration manufacturing and global manufacturing.
