摘要
利用可拓分析方法研究了发动机缸体生产线设备维修策略。在可拓分析计算中,采用"自顶向下的系统分析法"确定权系数,并取各等级经典域集合所确定的区间的中点值,综合考虑了定性指标与定量指标,具有客观性。依据设备统计时间内的维修次数、维修时间、停台时间、维修费用,以及平均故障间隔时间的倒数计算生产线各设备关于等级变量特征值j*的综合关联度,进而建立设备的重要程度等级,并基于生产线设备的重要程度等级,给出了生产线设备的维修策略。
Maintenance strategy of engine cylinder body production line was discussed based on the extension analysis theory. In extension analysis, weight coefficients were defined by medium values of the interval of each grade-set to replace the subjective weight with top-down system analysis method. Weight coefficients which integrated the qualitative and quantitive factors were objective. The integration relationship degrees (j^* )between the factor grade index and the equipment of production line were analyzed based on frequency of maintenance, time in maintenance, downtime, maintenance costs and 1/Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF). Furthermore, the maintenance strategies were developed according to the integration relationship degrees.
