摘要
荷瘤小鼠一次性腹腔注射大剂量环磷酰胺致骨髓造血抑制，外周血白细胞总数显著降低。每日１次艾炷灸大椎、膈俞可使化疗后白细胞总数回升时相提前；针刺足三里、三阴交亦有类似作用。升白机理与促进骨髓造血干细胞的分裂增殖有关。
Tumor bearing rats received once a high dose of CY administered through abdominal cavity,causing restrained hematopoietic function,and the decreased total of WBC of peripheral blood.The experiment showed that moxibustion applied on the points Dazhui,Geshu once a day might achieve a rise in the total of WBC ahead of time after rats being administered with CY;in addition,the similar effect could be available by application of acupuncture on Zusanli,Sanyinjiao.The mechanism of increasing the amount of WBC was related with promotion of splitting regeneration of hemopoietic stem cells of bone marrow.
