摘要 阐述了乳化炸药生产线油水相流量配比控制的工艺流程,针对配比控制的非线性、迟延滞后等特点提出了应用Fuzzy-PID的混合控制,简介了混合控制的思路及算法流程,并介绍了模糊控制器的设计过程,最后通过Matlab6.5中的仿真,表明混合控制具有较好的动态性能,又可消除稳态误差,达到了较好的控制效果。 This paper illustrates the characteristics of flow-mixing control system of emulsion explosive product line. Based on the nonlinera and delay of the system, the Fuzzy-controller is introduced and its structure and designing are described at length. Results are simulated by software named Matlab6.5, it proved that the Fuzzy-PID mixed control has good dynamic performance and no steady-state error, so it is good for the control has good dynamic performance and no steady-state error, so it is good for the control ofoil flux and water flux.
