摘要
发动机进气控制系统利用制冷空调技术和可编程控制器(简称PLC)技术建立模拟标准大气环境状况,应用于内燃机在台架试验时使进气状态保持GB1105标准规定的范围内。使用该系统后可以不用GB1105标准规定的修正公式对实验数据进行修正,消除了大气状况对发动机性能的影响和校准公式的误差。
Engine inlet pressure control system uses refi-igeration & air-conditioning technology and programmable logic control technology to keep inlet temperature,pressure and humidity in 25+10% in simulated atrnospheric environment during internal combustion engine physical shelves test. Without using the Gb1105 standard formula to correct the experiment data, This system can eliminate effect of atrnospheric environment on engine performance. At the same time, rormula error is also corrected.
